Holders of vouchers or discount codes are entitled to special offers as advertised.  Offers exclude delivery and additional service charges. Offers triggered by a minimum spend per order, e.g. free gifts, discounts, shall not apply if any subsequent refund on the order reduces the spend below the minimum required to trigger the offer.

We will email you as soon as possible to confim receipt of your order.  We try to ensure that prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described on this website, but if we discover an error in the availability, price or description of goods that you have ordered, we aim to inform you within 24-48 hours. You may either reconfirm your order based on the correct availability, price or description, or cancel it and have your payment refunded. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled and refund the payment. We accept your order once we despatch your goods.

We offer a additional gift wrapping service for an additional £3.95, irrespective of how many goods you order. Select this service at the checkout stage and it will automatically be added to your subtotal at the order confirmation stage. Gift wrapped items are packaged with ribbon and an optional gift tag. To enclose a gift tag simply enter your message in the gift tag text box at the checkout. This additional service charge is non-refundable.

UK Priority Delivery: Normally 1-2 Working Days £2.95 delivery + £1.00 service

UK Next working Day Delivery (order by 10am): £2.95 delivery + £4.00 service (FREE for orders over £100)

UK Next Saturday Delivery by 1PM (order by 10am Friday): £2.95 delivery + £8.00 service

Normally 3-6 Working Days £4.95 (FREE for orders over £100)

Surcharge for heavy items: £3.00 per item

A signature for the customer is required on delivery. If no signatory is available, our delivery agent will leave contact details for the customer you to arrange delivery within 7 days.

Orders places before 10am Monday-Friday are normally despatched same day. Orders received after 10am Friday are normally despatched the following Monday.

Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delivery to remoter areas will take additional time and may incur excess charges, payment of which we will request from the customer prior to despatch.

Payment verification of non-UK orders may take additional time and may require additional checks which we will request from the customer prior to despatch.

Heavier items may incur excess delivery charges.  These charges are normally indicated before you place an order, or in exceptional cases, we will request additional payment prior to despatch.

Delivery may be delayed if:

- delivery was attempted but no-one was available to sign for your goods and a "While You were Out" card was left;

- the delivery address you gave us was incorrect;

- delivery was to a redirected address;

- delivery was affected by circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions, acts of vandalism or terrorism, industrial action or customs delay.

If delivery is not achieved within 7 days, our delivery agent will return the order to us. We will offer to redeliver the order on payment of an additional service charge to cover our redelivery costs.

Delivery additional service charges are non-refundable.
