ORDERS & DELIVERY

1 - Orders

We will email you as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.

We try to ensure that prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described on this website, but if we discover an error in the availability, price or description of goods that you have ordered, we aim to inform you within 24-48 hours. You may either reconfirm your order based on the correct availability, price or description, or cancel it and have your payment refunded. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled and refund the payment.

We accept your order once we despatch your goods. 

2 - Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the UK and specified non-UK addresses.  All deliveries are sent by signed-for services.  We aim to despatch same working day to UK and European Community (EC) destinations for orders placed by 1400hrs GMT/BST, and to non-EC destinations for orders placed by 1000hrs GMT/BST.  Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be despatched next working day.

Europe* refers to: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

UK Next Working Day 1pm Guaranteed / BFPO - £5.95 (FREE for orders over £100) 
UK 1-2 Working Days - £3.95
UK 3-4 Working Days - £2.95 (FREE for orders over £30)

UK next day delivery options are guaranteed except:

1 - if delivery was attempted but no-one was available to sign for your goods and a "While You were Out" card was left.

2 - if the delivery address you gave us was incorrect

3 - if delivery was to a redirected address

4 - if delivery was affected by circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions, acts of vandalism or terrorism, industrial action or customs delay

5 - Guernsey and Jersey (Guaranteed by 5.30pm Next Saturday / Next Working Day)

6 - Other Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands (Guaranteed by 5.30pm 2 Days After Next Saturday / Next Working Day)

For orders which are especially heavy in weight, we may require the payment by you of a supplementary charge to cover additional post and packing costs. Where this is the case, we will suspend your order and advise you of this supplementary charge within two working days, requesting your consent for us to take your payment of this supplementary charge and fulfil your order. Where we do not receive your consent within two working days we will cancel your order and refund you in full.

Due to airfreight restrictions, orders for delivery to non-UK addresses which exceed prevailing size and weight limits will may be void.

Orders paid for by credit/debit card from may be void if not verified under either the "Verified by Visa" or "SecureCode Mastercard" scheme.  Where card payments require additional verification please allow up to one additional day for delivery.  Customers paying by PayPal for delivery outside UK, USA and Canada should allow additional time for us to obtain original documentation from you to verify your address.

For addresses in remote areas please allow up to three additional working days for delivery.

If paying by cheque or postal order please allow up to nine additional working days for us to verify your payment prior to despatch.

3 - Gift Wrapping Service

We offer a gift wrapping service for an additional £3.95, irrespective of how many goods you order.  Select this service at the checkout stage and it will automatically be added to your subtotal at the order confirmation stage.

Gift wrapped items are packaged with ribbon and an optional gift tag.  To enclose a gift tag simply enter your message in the gift tag text box at the checkout.

Gift wrapped items will not have an invoice/receipt enclosed with the product.  This will be either emailed or posted to the sender instead.
