Shipping normally takes just a few days (see below) but timescales are not guaranteed and in exceptional situations shipping can be delayed by up to 30 days if, for example, you give us an incorrectly-formatted shipping address, or your local customs and excise authority has intervened.  If shipping is delayed by more than 30 days we will cancel your order and refund your payment.

We accept your order once we despatch your goods and we aim to despatch your order same day if we receive it before 10am Monday-Friday.

We will get a signature at your shipping address for delivery of your order, but this may not be the person named on the address label.

If nobody is available to sign for your order we will leave a ‘Something for you’ card explaining that we attempted to make a delivery, inviting you to either collect your order from your local delivery office or arrange a redelivery within 18 calendar days.
